 As each piece is individually handmade to order just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every JKVintage Swimwear piece is crafted from scratch when you place your order. Because your swimsuit is made specifically for you — using fabric pulled and cut for your size; we are unable to resell returned items. This is the nature of made-to-order production, and it's what allows us to offer fully customizable, handcrafted pieces at an accessible price point.

For Crochet Purses: We do offer exchange or refund however it needs to be within 7 days of delivery & please email jkvintage.co@gmail.com

Damaged or Defective Items 

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jkvintage.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Sizing

We strongly encourage you to review our Sizing Guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. If you have any questions about sizing before you order, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
